SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • All items are issued a USPS tracking number
  • We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.

INTERNATIONAL 

  • Delivery cost may vary (calculated at checkout) and are non-refundable.
  • For international shipping, you may responsible for custom duties.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All deliveries are subject to the delivery cost which will be quoted at the checkout. 

We have provided a variety of shipping options to fit your needs through the carriers of  UPS and USPS.

If we find we have sold the item or an item is on back order, we will notify you through email. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Due to the extra COVID19 precautions please do bear with us if your delivery takes a little longer than usual to arrive. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note ORANGE SEA CLUB cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and therefore, subject to specifics, please allow up to 8 working days for International delivery unless alternative dates are stated in the product description. 

 

DELIVERY STATUS

As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking information.

If there are any issues with your order not arriving within the time frame please email info@orangeseaclub.com with your Order Number so we can help locate your parcel. 

 

TAXES AND DUTIES　 

California residents will be charged tax on total amount of purchase.

Non-US Customers: Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax.

ORANGE SEA CLUB is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.
